Ubuntu 9.10 Released

Karmic Koala has been released several weeks ago. Like every non-stable Ubuntu releases - it has been a bless for some and hell for others. There are a few subsystems of Ubuntu 9.10 which were completely replaced by rewrites e.g. hal>DeviceKit, sysv-init>upstart. Consequently small unironed nuances appear for many users and the community is doing its best to cope/report/iron them out as usual. Hopefully this all will be for the sake of the modern and stable OS which Ubuntu 10.04 LTS is supposed to be.
